Cowboy Daze
Cowboy Daze is a week long stay at the ranch. Kids get to ride the horses everyday and learn how to be a real working cowboy or cowgirl! They'll learn all about riding techniques, how to rope with a lasso, and how to saddle, groom and feed the horses. Not to mention all the other fun things planned off the horses. We go camping, fishing, hiking, play volleyball and swim.
The food at the ranch will have the kids eatin' like cowpokes with Chili, cowboy flapjacks, kabobs, hobo dinners and the same great meals served on the weekend rides.
We do have rules that are strongly enforced during Cowboy Daze. Absolutely no cell phones, Game Boys, PSP's, or any other electronics of this nature! We do this adventure in order to give the kids a week that's back to nature, it's about friends, family, and respect.
Be aware that the cowpokes are co-ed and it is a week long event!
The 2009 date has been set for the week of June 21st.
